Plainview is a town in the state of New York that is around the size of a small town. Plainview is the 60th biggest community in New York, with a population of 27,100 people and seven distinct neighborhoods.
Plainview's beginnings may be traced back to 1648, when property was acquired as an excellent farming ground. In 1695, the remaining property was bought in a deal known as the Bethpage Purchase.
